• 100% refund if canceled at least 90 days before check-in.
• 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before check-in.
• No refund if canceled less than 30 before check-in.

1. Each of our properties are fully-furnished with upscale furnishings, linens and all kitchen and bathroom supplies.
2. Available weekly, monthly, or year-round.
3. All beach furniture and recreational accessories are provided including boogie boards, kayaks, bicycles and game consoles.
4. Enjoy the superb ocean view from our properties many balconies each with furniture to relax in.
5. We use modern appliances and high quality mattresses to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay.
6. Properties have porches and patios with furniture as well as outdoor grills and dining areas.
7. Free internet access in all properties and flat screen TVs in each bedroom.
8. Pet friendly upon request in advance.
9. For babies and kids we provide: playpens, cribs, pack-and-plays, video games, and assorted toys.
10. Off-street parking, patios and yards for outdoor activities.
11. All properties are within 100 yards of the beach.
