This residence was purposely built to accommodate large groups. It is your venue of choice for occasions such as extended family reunions, wedding functions, biking, golf or sailing excursions, and corporate off-site gatherings.

The Lion’s Den was constructed to conform or exceed all 2014 local zoning and state building codes. The building was made using steel-reinforced wood frame construction with fiber cement siding. The Lion’s Den is fully soundproofed , all bathrooms have in floor radiant heating, and dimmable LED Lighting through out the house. It was also made with PVC decks and trim, stainless steel rails and hardware, as well as 50-year durable green materials.

We have on-site management available next door at 94 Marion Road. Your hosts Fred Boyajian, his wife Bobbie Staley, and our caretaker Will Watson, will ensure that all your needs are met.

    Capable of accommodating more than 20 persons, the Lion’s Den is the epitome of informal beach comfort, fun, and relaxation. Our property is equipped with modern appliances, gas cooking, a pantry/bar, a wine cooler, a refrigerated beer keg/dispenser, and other amenities.

    This residence has 4 levels, 3 living rooms, 2 dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with a separate prep area. Additionally, the house has 2 laundry rooms, 2 saunas, 2 hot tubs, a whirlpool and steam bath, additional sleeper couches, and seasonal décor. All rooms have ocean views and shared decks. There is also a widow’s walk on the roof with hot tub and the best ocean view in Scituate.

    There is an area adjacent to house with an enclosed hardscape courtyard patio. The latter is equipped with a bar, a grill, a fire pit, and a hot tub. There is also a fountain with LED landscape lights, and a dog run.

    Off-street parking is available to guests for up to 10-14 vehicles depending on season and weather conditions.

    All bedrooms are carpeted while ceilings and floors have been fully sound insulated and have louvered blinds and draperies for your privacy. You can sleep better on our King or Queen sized beds with Box Springs that are covered with high thread count linens as well as extra pillows.

    To safeguard our guests, all entry doors have push-button keyless security entry doors. You can also maintain privacy using the shade blinds and curtains over the windows in the house. Our closets have louvered doors and contain free in-wall jewelry/money safes where you can keep your valuables secure.

    Every room in the Lion’s Den has dimmable LED lighting and energy saving appliances. In the case of a blackout, we have a gas generator to ensure no loss of power. Additionally, we have a high-efficiency heating and air-conditioning system. All water in the house is filtered.

    Property usage for special events resulting in additional costs for trash, linen and cleaning will incur an expense based on actual cost of services, being deducted from the Security Deposit

    Guests staying at the Lion’s Den can experience what Scituate has to offer easily. The property is located just 17 miles (45-minute drive) from Logan Airport. The T train is also minutes away for easy access to Boston. Furthermore, Cape Cod and Plymouth Rock is 30 miles from the house.

    Those who love the outdoors will find that the house is only a short 200 ft. away from the beach. The Lion’s Den is walking distance to the general store, lighthouse, harbor, and village. There are also churches of different faiths nearby.

    The property is close to the Freedom Boat Club. You have access to fishing charters, sailing lessons, water sports, multiple golf courses, and even historical sites from 1636 that are close by.
